What is the difference between atomizer and Cartomizer

What is the difference between atomizer and Cartomizer? Would a Cartomizer work better with ejuice. Sorry I ask so many questions but when you google this stuff it just brings page after of places selling them but not really describing what a Cartomizer is. I'm just trying to get the most effective cheapest way to vap.

A cartomizer is a seemingly easier way to vape. It's a cartridge and an atomizer in one piece. Unfortunately these don't produce a lot of vapor and they don't last too long. It's also really difficult to refill them.
