Efox and Cartomizers

I am interested in trying a cartomizer, but dont want to buy a whole new setup that comes with cartos. does anyone know if the threading for a 510 is universal or does it vary by brand... so, in essence, I guess I am curious.. If I buy a pack of 510 Cartos from another site, will they thread right onto my efox batts? or will I be wasting my money??

Went and bought some today... they do in fact work. Great actually! Just make sure they are made to fit a 510.

yeah, they hold quite a bit of juice. I am still on the fence about them as a personal preference, but they do what they say they will do. I am waiting for some to come that I believe are better quality, so I will have a better feel about them after that:

Pros:
Hold a ton of juice
Low/No maintenance (no messing with filler)
Economic
New atty every time I change my carto (1xWeek)


Cons:
Less Vapor (until it warms up-- hard to explain)
Slightly Bland Flavor

On the Fence:
Much Warmer Vapor (good with some flavors, bad with others)

all in all though-- DEFINTLY worth a try at least!

I've been using standard cartomizers just fine but want to try the new ceramic cartomizer especially the newer clear ones. The question is the are listed in different ohms, what ohms is best to use with the efox 510's?
